Invincibles are bad ass.... Our Contender 36 is a geat ride and great boat, but it's wet as hell in the aft area. I rode on an Invincible finally.. Best riding boat i have ever been on. The speed is one thing, but the room and the ride blws a hull cracking Yellowfin out of the water. We ran a YF for a while,... CRACKS EVERYWHERE and the gunnels rattled back and forth like a fuckin c-hawk. We're ordering and Invincible when we sell our 36 contender.
If this is a tournament, then where are the rods, gear, rest of the team etc? Stupid marketing video trying to fool people. Of course its smoking the field, there is nothing in that boat!!! Prob only like 50 gallons in it too. Yellowfin wins everytime.

The invincible looks like it's got the same hull as any other fountain/contender etc. I still love and will always fish a yellowfin.

A 25 open bow centender can't keep the bow in the water unless you got a WHOLE BUNCH OF WEIGHT in the bow, and that with 2 strokes. Stealth probabally around high 30's to mid 40's.

Well as I sit here and read the comments to this video, it makes me think I am reading a bunch of 15 year olds dreams. Not going to mention any names but to the contender folks: I fish out of ocean city and have a few friends here. The seas out here are a stready 5'. I know three people, (so its not just a freak accident) who have Contenders that have had there hull crack around the leaning post. Not just a little crack, but the whole fucking boat crack like a horse shoe.

I own a 35' Donzi Cuddy with Tripple 275's. I think - few things better than a Yellowfin. Invincible is a nice boat, buuuutttttt - I prefer the Fin, Contender, Fountain and Cigarette Top FIsh above the Invincible. It all depends on what power you have and how its set up. I was on 36' Invincible with trip 350 Verados. - Fast, but bone jaring ride in bigger waves. A Pogo Stick. We all disliked it. Just another opinion.
This looks a lot like the Fountain video that Reggie and his crew put out a while back. We all know what happened to Fountain and their "super fast" cc's that would beat you to death in 2's and 3's. I will take ride, comfort and fishability any day over speed. I also have to agree with the guy who asked "where's the equipment". I bet that boat only has 20 gallons of gas in it as well. @ramer111 you dont tournament fish do you? The gear is in storage compartments. The purpose of this boat is to get to the fish as fast as possible, and weigh your catch in. This isnt a contender, it has decent rod storage.

This boat did not even fish the tournament, it was light on fuel and had nothng in its wells nor did it have gear,ice.......Look at the other video of the yellowfin v's invincible (both boats were tournament loaded) its a dead even neck to neck race except the Yellowfin appears to be bouncing around much less. When it gets rough, id rather be in a Yellowfin.

stnghgg05, for as far as computer fanatics your a perfect example of not knowing what in the world it is your talking about, you should face logic and realize the 36 Inv. would be a unfair advantage to any CC in its class loaded or not when really comparing it PERIOD. Like Ive stated before put it against anything in the CC tournament class loaded or not and be perpared to cry your little eyes out. Last I checked the R/C heli you are talking about is a EC 120B about 1.2 m above your pockets.
Note the sea conditions, flat calm. Put any large CC in a true 4-6foot sea and have 90 miles to get home and you all wish you had a big rig. Keep the center console inshore and the canyons for the big boys. Ask Scott Walker (Tail Walker Team Under Armor 36 Yellowfin) about his ride home this summer in the WMO. Day 1 and 2 they tucked in behind Pizza and his 67 Jarrett Bay and on day 3 they followed the Marlin Magic a 56 Viking. Center Console are fine for Kingfishing but not Marlin Fishing.

Load down the 36 Invicible any way possible for a tournament and bring on the Deep Impact. I hope you won't shake that thing loose when running behind me in 6-8 sea, I'd even put the paperwork of my Helicopter on the line ;) I have much respect for many boat builders, but the 36 Inv. is incredible in many ways. Whether or not the 36 Inv. fished or not ...loaded, topped fuel, people, gear AND a 4-6' sea they would've still walked the dog on any boat out there. I'm a big fan of Yellowfins, but theres nothing out there like an Invincible. Id like to see any Jarret Bay express run with a handful of those CC's in a 4-6' sea. Throw a Spencer boat in there and then talk ; ) And I don't think the guys runnin the Invincible are tooo worried about their fuel consumption
Invinvible's are really nice boats. But this vid is a joke. The boat doesn't even have a fucking fishing rod on it. Radar, gear, people ectt.... I rode the Invincible at the Miami boat show, I reckon it was same one in the video. All I have to say is it was a Missile even with 8 guys onboard. The ride was incredible at that speed too, it didn't pound and the movements were predictable. Very impressive Boat
They did fish! Sorry Eric, there was one full well and three dozen runners in it. They did close off one well. There were rods on the boat. Just because there weren't downriggers doesn't mean they weren't fishing. And this is not an ancient hull design either it is a revolutionary patented hull design by Micheal Peter's that everyone is now trying to copy. Come see us in Miami!
A great and fast boat but they did not fish. The boat was not tournament loaded and this was a media stunt. After a few miles they turned around and went back to the dock because they only had enough fuel to pull this video off. Yes an invinsible won the tournament but last time I looked the boat did not catch that King.
Every open sport fishing boat except Invincible has one thing in common: The same ancient hull design. I saw this thing at the Miami boat show, and it is not even in the same league. Loaded or not, nothing will EVER touch one of those boats. Could someone please post footage of an Invincible EVER being beaten? They did not fish. I was there too. The boat was not tournament loaded. It had enough fuel to pull off this stunt and that was it. They did not have rods, ice, bait, full livewells, or a full tank. It's a good boat and a fast boat but it was not comparing apples to apples because it was not loaded down like the other boats. Get your facts straight.

This was during a tournament and boats are full of fuel, full livewells, and all the gear. Then comes this Inv. light on fuel, empty wells, and no gear. Sure it will be fast, but if those others came to race and not to fish, that boat would be in the pack. This just does not impress me and I think the song sucks also with the exception of the verse "Light on fuel and Reckless"
Don't think this boat even fished the tournament, meaning this was just a photo opt and the boat was running light, a little amount of fuel. THe rest of these boats were heavily loaded with fuel, livewells, bait etc
I wish it was that calm when I go fishin'....

Note the sea conditions, flat calm. Put any large CC in a true 4-6foot sea and have 90 miles to get home and you all wish you had a big rig. Keep the center console inshore and the canyons for the big boys. Ask Scott Walker (Tail Walker Team Under Armor 36 Yellowfin) about his ride home this summer in the WMO. Day 1 and 2 they tucked in behind Pizza and his 67 Jarrett Bay and on day 3 they followed the Marlin Magic a 56 Viking. Center Console are fine for Kingfishing but not Marlin Fishing.

Bring on the 36 Deep Impact (go-fast boat) I don't even see how you compare that type of boat to this category, I could see Contender, or Yellowfin but not D. Impact. Load down the 36 Invicible any way possible for a tournament and bring on the Deep Impact. I hope you won't shake that thing loose when running behind me in 6-8 sea, I'd even put the paperwork of my Helicopter on the line ;) I have much respect for many boat builders, but the 36 Inv. is incredible in many ways. Read forums.

Whether or not the 36 Inv. fished or not ...loaded, topped fuel, people, gear AND a 4-6' sea they would've still walked the dog on any boat out there. I'm a big fan of Yellowfins, but theres nothing out there like an Invincible. Id like to see any Jarret Bay express run with a handful of those CC's in a 4-6' sea. Throw a Spencer boat in there and then talk ; ) And I don't think the guys runnin the Invincible are tooo worried about their fuel consumption

Invinvible's are really nice boats. But this vid is a joke. The boat doesn't even have a fucking fishing rod on it. Radar, gear, people ectt.... I hope its not all smoke an mirrors when you visit the factory for a test run. Throw in some good 4'-6' (like the ocean really is) and my jarret bay express will smoke all of these boats.

I rode the Invincible at the Miami boat show, I reckon it was same one in the video. All I have to say is it was a Missile even with 8 guys onboard. The ride was incredible at that speed too, it didn't pound and the movements were predictable. Very impressive Boat

They did fish! Sorry Eric, there was one full well and three dozen runners in it. They did close off one well. There were rods on the boat. Just because there weren't downriggers doesn't mean they weren't fishing. And this is not an ancient hull design either it is a revolutionary patented hull design by Micheal Peter's that everyone is now trying to copy. Come see us in Miami!

A great and fast boat but they did not fish. The boat was not tournament loaded and this was a media stunt. After a few miles they turned around and went back to the dock because they only had enough fuel to pull this video off. Yes an invinsible won the tournament but last time I looked the boat did not catch that King.

Every open sport fishing boat except Invincible has one thing in common: The same ancient hull design. I saw this thing at the Miami boat show, and it is not even in the same league. Loaded or not, nothing will EVER touch one of those boats. Could someone please post footage of an Invincible EVER being beaten? Plenty of them are fishing, and am I mistaken, or didn't an Invincible WIN this tournament? I believe so. People are just haters 'casue they bought old school stuff that is now 2nd rate.

everyone knows the start of a SKA tournament is a damn boat race, thats a given. some people's egos get hurt when they are no longer the baddest and fastest boat there. the invincible showed up to fish and whooped everyone handsdown in the start. you guys can whine and bitch all you want. that boat was the fastest there. WOW 4 rods and not 8, that must have been the reason, all the extra weight of 4 rods. i was there and i saw it. oh yea we watched them scoop bait too. sooo...any more excuses..?

They did not fish. I was there too. The boat was not tournament loaded. It had enough fuel to pull off this stunt and that was it. They did not have rods, ice, bait, full livewells, or a full tank. It's a good boat and a fast boat but it was not comparing apples to apples because it was not loaded down like the other boats. Get your facts straight.

idk what all you all are talking about but that boat was full fueled up with three guys and it still did zig zags in front of the whole pack...and btw it out ran boats with quads.. and all the starts of the tournaments are races so dont get jeoulous cause it outran EVEYRONE

This was during a tournament and boats are full of fuel, full livewells, and all the gear. Then comes this Inv. light on fuel, empty wells, and no gear. Sure it will be fast, but if those others came to race and not to fish, that boat would be in the pack. This just does not impress me and I think the song sucks also with the exception of the verse "Light on fuel and Reckless"

Don't think this boat even fished the tournament, meaning this was just a photo opt and the boat was running light, a little amount of fuel. THe rest of these boats were heavily loaded with fuel, livewells, bait etc
