The case ended in 12 months of probation. So the extreme charges were likely not true.

The legal action we are embarking on now will hopefully bring attention to the fact that people cannot and should not be treated this way. I was fortunate to have the resources and will to fight to the end, but there are many who don't and they will forever suffer from the forced compromise of an unfair plea bargain or the threat of sentencing guidelines that demand imprisonment.

RIGHT LET'S STOP MESSING ABOUT!!

Try playing Lee's bass lines (and singing) simultaneously, Lifeson's guitar riffs/arpeggios and solos, and finally Peart's syncopated drum rhythms. None of the above is easy to perform.

The "musicians" in many of the so-called bands of today would be completely and utterly out of their depth i.e. bands like say McFly or U2. Rush's complicated awesome music could well be described as being on a "timeless wavelength"!!

Does anyone else agree?
