@SOTUdc - It does have a flat bottom. If you look at the video you can see that. However the hull of the real Titanic was pretty much flat too.

How did you keep the plywood from warping?

@barronzm - I put some internal ribs to keep the ply from warping. It did warp a bit by the bow, but it is not so easy to see unless you are really looking for it.

@zakyboi123 - Hi, I wouldn't want to make one much smaller than this one because it would start to look very strange - scale wise. I had to make it wider than scale by far alreadhy to keep it stable. I wouldn't go less than probably 12 feet. At that it would be probably 2.5 feet wide. That would give it stability like a canoe. For a 12 footer my estimate is $1200
