the way you look tonight, come fly with me, can't take my eyes off of you... my all time favorite songs..... this is where i come when i need a break from pop..
@KramSogellag It sure is easy to feel that way, when no one talks of the down side of that time period.. just saying, could you really live without you computer, ipods, cellphones, cars, et cetera? It's easy to say you want to live in a time period just because of the music, but there's a lot more to it than that. Dont take this as an insult, im just saying, there's a to it than the music.
@TheDon5736 Actually i could live with out my computer...i dont own a cell phone so i could live without that also. and every dollar i get i earn...i could go back to than with no worry.
i love being 18 and being able to say that my favourite singers are Louis Armstrong and Frank Sinatra. thank God my parents introduced me to good music.
@MB7jazz you'r absolutly right abbout that i just visit your profile and your even more then twice my age sorry 4 looking on your profile but i simply loves Frank Sinatra Dean Martin Tom Jones & Engelbert Humperdinck ;) and i allso love Jazz allmoste every kind of Jazz even chill out & lounge music and i allso likes smooth Jazz my 2 fav Jazz pianists are Bill Evans & Keith Jarrett ;)
@MB7jazz that's 2 bad they delete those vids i simply loves Keith Jarrett and his trio but sorry i say it i like all 4 of them but i prefer Tom Jones over Engelbert Humperdinck & Dean Martin over Frank Sinatra
@BASKETBALLJEZUS Dean is indeed under-rated. So much talent in that generation of stars - it's incredible.
Jones ... I dunno. Engelbert's taste is perfect. His style is so beautifully refined. Jones ... he pretty much throws good taste out the window. He's fun! ... but he makes me wince sometimes. : D
@MB7jazz yeah you'r right that Dean is underated but i allso kind of grew up with those 4 cus my crandma her favorite singer is Dean Martin from my grandpa is Frank Sinatra and from my mom it's both Tom Jones & Engelbert Humperdinck and she allso loves Dean Martin & Frank Sinatra but the funny thing abbout Tom Jones & Engelbert Humperdinck is i didn't like them till a month ago yeah it's just like scottie pippen needed 2 play in MJ's shadow sorry i'm a big NBA freak i'm from europe by the way
@MB7jazz no i'm not from Lithuania i'm from Belgium and if i was i should rooth 4 the USA cus they have all my favorite NBA players Kobe Lebron Wade D.Howard... and my favourite nba player from the past is NOT MJ but Larry Bird yep even i'm only 21 i even know the NBA stars from the past like Dr.J Oscar Robertson Bill Russel Chamberlain Kemp Shaq... Belgium is a small country with in the north Holland in the south France & Germany in the east and in the west bordering the North Sea
@MB7jazz ok i never could watch Bird play cus 4 2 reasons 1 i'm from Europe & 2 he retired when i was 2 in 1992 so only could see him play on video's on YT even MJ is more a star from the 1990's as wel Stockton K.Malone Gary Payton Kemp etc. etc. But they never could fascinate me as mutch as Bird did ;) and i allways was/am a kind of MJ disliker ok he's great but not 4 me 4 me Bird would go in 2 the history books as the greatest NBA player ever ;)
@BASKETBALLJEZUS Hmmm. Bird is certainly one of the greatest. He was an ominous presence on the court, tremendous in the clutch. The black players hated him, because he played as well as they did and wasn't intimidated. But I'd still say MJ was the best. He was just as clutch as Bird, if not even more so. Plus he could do a lot more than Bird could. MJ was the superior athlete, and perhaps even the superior team leader and court genius.
@MB7jazz EVERYBODY says that from MJ he's the best that's why i don't like him as much as the rest i'm some1 if you say go 2 the right then i go 2 the left really if MJ should play 1on1 Bird choose the side of Bird cus 4 me he IS G.O.A.T my 2 fav players from the 1990's Bulls are Scottie Pippen & Dennis Rodman not MJ i don't know but i kind of dislike MJ i don't say he isn't good he is but if i was the coach of the Bulls back then i should put him on the bench just 2 tease him :p
@BASKETBALLJEZUS I wish there were a one-on-one basketball league. It would've been interesting to watch MJ and Bird square-off one-on-one. And I think MJ would win at least 70% of those matches. He was just that much better than even a legend like Bird. And so, if you're picking a team of all-time greats, you got to begin with MJ. You got to set all other considerations aside and go with the player who'll make you a winner.
@MB7jazz nah i allready got my man 4 the SG possition King Kobe or Ray Allen and at the SF possition Larry Bird or Scottie Pippen on the PF possition Karl Malone or Shawn Kemp PG Oscar Robertson or Isiah Thomas and as center Shaq or Ewing But if MJ is in my team he may be happy he can be a bench warmer ok i don't say he isn't great but i just don't like him as a b ball player i have just the same thing with Steve Nash he's allso great but i just don't like him as a player
@BASKETBALLJEZUS O God! Don't get me started on Nash. The only reason he seems great is that nobody bothers to defend him. Every shot he takes is WIDE OPEN. I could be a star in the NBA if nobody bothered defending me.
@MB7jazz i say i don't like him he's good but sinds you say nobody puts d on him it's easy 2 score like if your playing b ball on your self but that's why i apreciate king kobe so much and the only great move from MJ is that he swiches the ball from his hand 2 it's other hand when he's in the air under the basket and it's 2 bad Shaq guited last season :'( but we still have D.Howard :) and Lebron James but he is great but not as great as king kobe
@BASKETBALLJEZUS I love watching Kobe play. But most Americans are down on him! They think he's a selfish player. But, so what if he is? He's still GREAT TO WATCH! : D
@MB7jazz that's true he's amazing just simply amazing i allso saw in a video on youtube that MJ say in Kobe's 1st all star game that Kobe was an up coming star just like him with Dr.J cus when MJ started Dr.J's career almost ended and it was just the same with MJ & Kobe cus it was at the all star gam of '98 so Kobe just started & MJ's career was allmost done and i'm an Lakers fan cus of Kobe but back in the 80's i should be a Celtics fan cus of Bird i know those 2 teams are rivals
@BASKETBALLJEZUS Well, I must say, except for your disliking Jordan, you have excellent taste in basketball! If you ever have a chance to see a live NBA game - do it. The speed of those players is incredible.
@MB7jazz yeah maybe but it isn't cheep 2 go 2 the US by plane from my country i heard from a friend of me it's 800 euro thats 1072,96 US dollar only 4 going 2 New York City so it's pretty expensive and there is 1 ex NBA player who plays in Turkey right now Allan Iverson and Steve Francise & Stephon Marbury are playing in China right now
@BASKETBALLJEZUS I didn't know that about Iverson, Francis, and Marbury! Francis played at my local college. And I read somewhere recently that Iverson spent all his money and has now gone bankrupt!
I need everyone's help on this question. There was a video/audio of Sinatra's "Autumn in New York" that played on this exact CD. A couple of weeks ago, You Tube took that song off. Does anyone know why? If it's copyright infringement, that why do the rest of the songs from that album continue to play? I can't believe it was taken down from not enough play time/hits. Thanks in advance guys.
@vasallizinni Thank you. We were humbled then in 1979. And we were not from Franks generation. And anybody over 50, hell even 40, was a has been. I took a big risk to play Sinatra for my rowdy friends. They loved it! 1979. Amazing. They will be listening to him in 2079 as well
Michael? thats my boys name. Oh but I bet he's not half the singer that you are. Thanks for the comment kid. I hope you have the life to match that big heart you have. You take good care of yourself and keep singing son.
Mr. RadioCarino. This is Mr. Vasallizinni. We are about the same age and too young to claim his music for our generation. His music is everyone's.We're better for his example. I am glad the youth love his music for It makes me smile knowing there is a chance with this world in which I will one day leave my son to find his way without me, through this wonderful thing called life with someone to share it and just maybe when he hears Sinatra, he will think of me and how proud I am of him.
@vasallizinni very well said. Thank you for the comment, and I agree completely that this music should be listened to by ALL ages. I am thrilled that the young kids appreciate Frank. I knew it was possible. After all, when we were 17 yrs old, drinking a few beers in the backyard, my friends were listening to Led Zeppelin, which was fine, but then, when we put on Frank Sinatra, we all kind of sat in slience, in awe. I knew if we liked it, then it was timeless. His music transcends time.
@RadioCarino Well it figures, said like a true gentleman. That's usually the case with those who believe in the man and the music I simply describe as Sinatra. But how can I find the words to reply to such a gracious response to my comment, that you gave me, but only to say I am humbled Sir and thank you. Hey, look at the young man just above! (smile) He even sings his songs. Oh that's fantastic. What a good kid. I love it.
FRANK SINATRA! My favorite singer since age 15! That would be for five decades!
Frank could and did sing beautiful ballads, and great up tempo songs! In my view, Frank holds the title of the best singer of the 20th century, and no one else comes close!
It's the truth, isn't it... someone always dislikes this kind of music because it's not 'hip' or 'cool', when most singers autotune their voices to make them cooler. This was the age of real singing, when it took musical talent and a singing voice to make your living in the music industry. I really wish people could learn to appreciate this music more, and see what legitimate musical talent is, and not instead find false role models who rely on technology to sound good.
Frank filmó una película titulada "La máscara del dolor", y donde canta "Chicago" y "Todo el camino". Sería sensacional que alguien subiera esas actuaciones; está en su mejor momento.
Ahh, if it wasn't for old blue eyes, idk how many days would be turned to shit.... Now time to sit back, pour me a cup of coffee and light up a cigar(:
Seriosuly people complaining that young people are writing their age. Grow up. I'd write my age to if I had a bunch of idiots saying all the time "kids these days don't have any taste in music". Now some of them try and show you they do and you bash them. Please.
My parents got me into this. I'm 11. (I'm not looking for anything, I just wanted to say it. I want some people to know that not all young people listen to the mainstream music today) At first, I was asking them why they were playing it, but then I soon found myself singing along to it. Thanks mom and dad :)
What's with all the older people complaining about younger people posting their age? They're not necessarily looking for praise.. they just probably want to show others that not every young person is a drooling idiot who listens to crappy modern music. Sheesh.. chill out, everyone and just listen to Frank's beautiful voice!!
Mr. RadioCarino himself. LOL. I read these comments every day about the young people announcing their age, and the older people thinking it is ridiculous. My opinion is let the kids announce it!!!! It's a tribute to the man himself Mr. Sinatra. Go ahead and any young kid who listens, tell me how old you are!! By the way, I'm 48, and I like thisusic too!!! I want to THANK everyone who listens to my channel. Your comments are wonderful to read no matter what. Thank you. S Carino.
I'm 17 and I LOVE this kind of music. I think anyone who likes this kind music should be proud, this type of music and the people who listen are pure class ;)
Why do little kids crave congratulations for liking frank sinatra? Wow, you have a musical preference. What's next? Do you want a high five for packing your lunch?
who the fuk cares about how old you are? when u declare how young you are, it just makes me think u're here to pretend to be mature, not because u truly enjoy the quality and the amazingness of the music. so STFU
@AyokiKusano Wow, maybe the young people are mature. Most teens these days listen to nonsense, and maybe they do truly enjoy the music; but you do have a point about how it doesn't matter about your age.
im a DJ. i play house and dubstep. believe me when i say ide much rather play at an original club in Frank's time playing this type of music. I rather listen to this than any other type of genre in the world. im 14, and i know i have good taste in music if 75% of my music is classical.
Can kids stop saying how old they are, we get it - I'm young too but I don't rub my shit around. Thanks to anyone that appreciates the real deal, screw that new age gangster computer generated cow shit.
Heavy Metal courses through my veins, but I must say this Frank Sinatra fellow has alot of class. (I didn't even need to scream or bank my head.) AND, it sure is nice to hear a man speak to a woman in very respectful terms. (A lesson Li'l Wayne needs to learn.)
No one cares how old you are. Wooow, you have the ability to like older music, you must be SO special. Please get over yourself and let's enjoy this man's beautiful voice together.
@Gamekid561 First time I've ever seen a top comment with that and there actually aren't haha... I always see that ONE like where someone has to prove you wrong. yay!
@cameronnnnnnnnnnnnn he not sucked into all the bull shit every other kid that goes to his school is. @samrockssocks Quite frankly (pun intended), I think all these young people should stop bragging that they have some taste in music, and just listen to the music. No one cares that you are such-and-such age, and I'm tired of seeing "OMGGGGGG I'M LIKE 12 AND I LISTEN TO OLD MUSIC NOW LIKE ME PLLLLLEEASSSE"

God Bless you Frank Sinatra!

The day I meet a girl and she makes one of his songs "Our Song", now that's a girl I'm gonna fall in love with.

Seriosuly people complaining that young people are writing their age. Grow up. I'd write my age to if I had a bunch of idiots saying all the time "kids these days don't have any taste in music". Now some of them try and show you they do and you bash them. Please.

I wish guys in this day and age would be half as romantic as Sinatra was :P

@F5veSeveN Your welcome. It is a pleasure to have such great music to share with others. And, oh, by the way, thank you Mr. Sinatra. :-)

@DramaMajor713 Very well put. I think the youngsters should be very proud of themselves.
RadioCarino 1 month ago
My parents got me into this. I'm 11. (I'm not looking for anything, I just wanted to say it. I want some people to know that not all young people listen to the mainstream music today) At first, I was asking them why they were playing it, but then I soon found myself singing along to it. Thanks mom and dad :)

What's with all the older people complaining about younger people posting their age? They're not necessarily looking for praise.. they just probably want to show others that not every young person is a drooling idiot who listens to crappy modern music. Sheesh.. chill out, everyone and just listen to Frank's beautiful voice!!
DramaMajor713 1 month ago
Thank you. S Carino.

who the fuk cares about how old you are? when u declare how young you are, it just makes me think u're here to pretend to be mature, not because u truly enjoy the quality and the amazingness of the music. so STFU
AyokiKusano 1 month ago
@AyokiKusano Wow, maybe the young people are mature. Most teens these days listen to nonsense, and maybe they do truly enjoy the music; but you do have a point about how it doesn't matter about your age.

im a DJ. i play house and dubstep. believe me when i say ide much rather play at an original club in Frank's time playing this type of music. I rather listen to this than any other type of genre in the world. im 14, and i know i have good taste in music if 75% of my music is classical.
