@FieogJulle get them to try a basic split and then if they still say how easy it is, throw in an oversplit from a chair, grand jete in oversplit and then tell them to bend over back wards onto their shoulders...if that doesn't shut them up, give them a ball hoop, clubs, ribbon and get them to try it with them.
This is really good! I wish I could do that. I don't like the way you point your toes in rhythmic gymnastics, I prefer it in ballet where they are longer rather than scrunched.
