I bet you know why. Its not worth the "Trouble" since it won't sell enough units in the US and EU. To Love Ru was very popular in Japan, with beeing in Shonen Jump, an Anime with 3 OVAs and successfull merchandise. Here, with only beeing in DVD and Mangavolumes which are also only buyed by a niche, there is no way the game would sell well. Wait another ten years, maybe then.

Although not released in the usa, you can get these games. Either go on to ebay or some other online game seller or go to an anime convention. you can get these games.

its bad enough that my parents wont let me or i dont have the knowledge or materials to buy it online, theres also rarely anime conventions here. there was once but was too busy, and no-one would come with me anyway
