nah, jim hawk is completely against the union. alomst like he fears it. anyone that has power in the copmany such as department managers and so forth can be extremely mean as cussing and screaming til red in the face. the conditions suck. forced overtime too often. bullshit breaks. the list goes on i swear. but it pays the bills, and that's more than alot of folks. im very htankful.
you american workers need to have a better deal, get the most out of the Georgia plant while you can. when they are done with you ,they will more than likely not be loyal to you. so take all you can get while you can.
they need a good union in toyo tire. I bet this dude would welcome one. I would encourage a union at any tire plant. especially in a tire plant in Georgia. Safety, wages, working conditions, security.
This job pays $15 an hour, and requires no post-secondary education. $15 an hour is VERY good for a no prior experience required job in this area. I live in Bartow County and this plant is the 2nd largest employer here after Shaw Industries. (Carpet MFG)
this guy sounds like he is sick. he is so so soooo nervous. maybe he still REMEMBERS his former Boss . WOW what a nervous dude. I don't think the tire industry has been good for him.
