  • You should come to arizona in the summer! You'll DIE of the heat.

  • the patch nose snake kinda looks like the shorthead garter snake.

  • i own four lizards from Arizona, the lizards here are nothing like anywhere else, i have 2 tiger whiptails, a fullgrown female desert spiny lizard, 2 ornate tree lizards, and 2 Mediterranean geckos. all except for the geckos, these lizards are extremely hard to catch and can be caught very easily using a "Tape Trap" . :) if u ever need advice or help on where to find or how to catch Arizonan lizards, u can ask me. :)

  • hay dylen, man i love your videos!!!!i live in arizona and i think its a great place to herp!!!!

  • I'm very impressed with your knowledge of Arizona reptiles. You're a cool young dude. These guys are right. You'd be a good show host for a discovery type channel. I'm from Arizona...I now live in Missouri...:( I can see how much you enjoyed your trip to AZ. Gotta love that place...eh. Oh...The Final Countdown was a hilarious song to add to this at the beginning. I enjoy this video. Thanks.

  • you really look like you know what you're doing with cottonmouths and rattlers you could honestly become the next steve irwin (w/o the stingray. . . r.i.p. steve)

  • i catch all kinds of lizards and snakes down here in AZ :)

  • i love the begginong

  • Is it pretty easy to find herps in arizona becaus I am going there pretty soon.

  • I live in Scottsdale and I have had several run-ins with rattlesnakes, kingsnakes, and bull snakes. There are also a ton of western banded geckos. So, if you know where to look then it is easy.

  • yea, gotta hit the right time of year too.

We were just a little bit too early to find the huge variety that I had hoped for.

  • Very true, last week, I had two bull snakes in my backyard and as I went out to watch them, they started mating.

  • It's pronounced Sawaro...

  • Great song choice guys!

  • im andrew larue im a snake wrangler my self i go for snakes from northern watersnakes to tiapans

  • Its TAIPANS.

  • wow your really cool

  • hey do you know where crystal lake is

  • thatd be cool to keep that clarks spiny lizard

  • haha, I'll pass on that one. Those insect eaters are too hard to keep up with. They want like an endless supply if crickets.

    Too much work for me.

  • Well have you ever caught a reptile from the wild before and keet it for your own

  • nah, captivity is too much work. I prefer to see them in the wild rather than an aquarium.

  • Great video, as always!

  • You're finally in the west, AWESOME!

  • cooL

  • I love the Clark's spiny lizard. Great vid as always.

  • Good stuff, like the intro and the cameo by your dad. Nice find on the P. Nose, cool snakes. "No trees", lol, you got that right, great place for herps though.

  • I think he was back there picking cactus needles out of himself.

We learned really quickly not to touch the ground anywhere near the Prickly Pears.

  • its hot, sunny and dry. I think I am going to die.

  • lol poor snake had a fire ant on his face

  • I think they were mites.

His diet is the lizards that inhabit that area and they carry mites very often. Probably some stragglers from his last meal.

  • yes!!!!you finally took the trip to arizona!!!!! awsome footage, cant wait for part 2. oh and your dad looked like sasquatch strolling on by lol jk

  • hahaha

  • Dylan, you rox.

I hope you get a tv show on animal planet.
