to do hell u just go 2 the broken ribs on the outside (not ythe small 1s in the middle) well u go up the qps on either side of the small ribs and lip them then grind them and sticker slap the buttons

Well to unlock all cheats u type in
MONKEYCMONKEYDO
make sure u type C instead of SEE
