thats no glitch if you got something that pertains to the lockscreen it automatically downloads 20, 30, or 60 Second Lockscreen which increases the time. or you may have it set to never autolock. With jailbroken ipods, it wont lock itself.
DONT UPGRADE TO 3.1.3.. IT WILL NOT LET YOU JAILBREAK IT..... AND YOU CANT DOWNGRADE... when you try to restore to 3.1.2 it wont let you cause apple made it that way
@pip00123 it;s ok, i know you probably don't care anymore and this is old but just today i upgraded to 4.3.2 and it takes a little work but u can get back together again.
spirit works great for 3.1.3 all devices

this isnt really much of a glitch and ur settings coulld be to where you ipod never goes to sleep mode, but kool i guess?
