Raab's mail order bride was actually a friend of Bam's and the two of them had a thing for a while. They brought her in the second time as a way to end the series. So thats clearly not why they havent been talking. I think Raab just got sick of all the shit Bam had been pulling, plus he probably knew it was time for him to grow up. But he was in Jackass 3D, he was in the background watching Dunn's airplane bit I think.

The reason why they weren't friends anymore was because the original cky crew was breaking up. (bam, raab, dunn, dico, rake, etc.)After viva la bam, he thought it was over. Bam had made new friends and created a new cky crew. Raab went to do his own thing for a couple years and straighten out his life and settle.

3 years later, they meet each other again, but they forgave each other quuickly (for what, I don't know), and they all just settled in as normal...
