  • I agree with the thoughts on this. Having tried many (okay a few) different kinds including the cheap ones at Walmart, Walgreens etc. and they didn't do much as far as me feeling like it worked. Some seemed to make me downright sick. This seems like a legitimate program and I think I will try it.
