  • u using the trainmancw music vidow music.

  • Dang! That is one futuristic looking locomotive leading! Awesome vid!

  • why is there a diesel and an electric running in all the aces

  • As I understand it, the reason for having both a diesel and an electric is to allow the train to run all the way from Penn Station in New York to Atlantic City without having to unhook engines. The electric engine pushes it to some point near Philadelphia, from which the diesel then pushes it to Atlantic City. In each case, the train is controlled from the "dead" engine. Returning to New York, it is pulled part-way by the diesel, then pulled in the other direction by the electric.

  • because they need to switch engines at frankford junction in philadelphia,PA fro example from NYC to Philly diesel takes over from philly to AC electric engine takes over.

  • @56yuoi wrong you got it backwards

  • @TEMPLE7D i know what i meant was diesel runs from NYC to frankford juncition in philly then electric takes over from frankford jct to AC. the diesel runs form AC to frankford jct then electric from frankford junction to NYC.
