@ngocvg The printer roller arm is not locked. Lock it, hit the Clear key, and the cash register will return to normal along with printing the input it couldn't print with the previous roll that ran out.

@AnnotationWorld thanks so much for your reply. I recently purchased this cash register but haven't got any manual for it. If possible please teach me how to program the keys where I can use when press on the key + subtotal = amount+tax then enter the cash = the changes. I just need it that simple to operate my small restaurant. by the way, does the printer require new ink and how to change it. @ngocvg The printer requires no ink replacements because it's a thermal printer. And what is this whole fad of everyone getting this cash register and not having the manual for it? I can't continue to keep up with all the questions, as I don't do this for a job. Unless I feel like it, you'll probably have to ask other people or companies for help. Though I've never called this number before, try calling 1-800-BE-SHARP. They might be able to give you a manual somehow.

@gevny Error 23 is not documented in the manual. Could you make sure that you know exactly what the error number is and don't make a typo on the number?

Error 3 means you made an improper syntax. Otherwise, Error 32 means you did not input a clerk number.

What was your syntax for the transaction?
