im studying in UCLA....there are constantly few black guys wandering around the campus asking people to donate money to their homeless organization.I talked to one of them once and I decided not to donate money because I was highly skeptical of it, then that woman got so pissed off and I was shocked.
I wonder if they are homeless themselves who instead of begging in the street, they pretend to be doing charity.

It's a shame that all the homeless people, many could get jobs if there were enough for the people in the country, like it use to be. But those who are illegal get free housing and everything.
