沙拉油- vegetable oil
這位老師每個菜式都教得很棒,今天看起來心情又特別好,教我們學生很開心!英國人叫烤的蛋糕為 cake,蒸的蛋糕為 pudding;我一直好奇馬拉糕是否由英國人經香港傳入中國料理?
