i dont wanna sound like an asshole due to the conversation going on in the comments Im guessing you guys know what your talking about but just fyi you did fully deactivate the traction control, im only asking because my buddy has a 335 and he had no idea how to, although the car would give him enough slack he wanted more once I showed how to do it the kid has gotten pretty sick!! hope you get better keep it up! Should do it in an open parking lot or an empty warehouse lot. The open diffs on our coupes suck but with practice you can learn to control them pretty well. If you're looking for an alternative, there's a company making practical use of the M3 diff and housing.

my friend got a lsd from ebay for real cheap it was aftermarket tho not a bmw lsd but it did its job.

orrrrrrrr you could just get an S54 with the tranny, diff, etc... just pay around 7,000 dollars though.... I plan on doing this when I kill my M54
