  • Thank you for the inspiration, can I download some of your videos to listen to them where ever I am? I ask first because it's respektfull

  • it looks like science says thta the only substance we can't obtain from a vegan diet is b12 vitamin....and that the lack of it will kill us in a couple of years..and we need to take supplements...is this true what are acharya's thoughts on that...what about before we invented supplements/ does that mean we are doomed to exploit animals to survive...or is the b12 is just ascietific myth..like sicnce was made by the mind and mind is an idiot?...i want to give up diary but i'm scared now

  • when you eat animals you eat their fear energy and keeps you at lower vibrations

  • @Eydin92 and this "fear energy " is called Adrenaline

  • Humans are the only species that consumes milk beyond infancy and consumes it from a different species. 75% of the global population loses the ability to digest lactose after infancy due to the decrease in enzyme lactase in the digestive system. The milk we consume from cows contains the hormones responsible for the physiological maturation of the calf. People need to ask themselves, is this really what nature intended?

  • @OxiDemonik On the contrary, people need to ask themselves, did nature intend anything?

  • @OxiDemonik : And humans are the only ones that make fire and clothes. Does that make it unnatural?

  • What is your response to the fact that it was our ancestors eating high-protein red meat that allowed our brains to grow to the size that they are?

  • I am sorry but you can't just say that things work for everyone in the same way. I was in pain while eating animal products (dairy and meat), processed foods, breads, pastas and pastries....so that is why I went raw vegan and I will tell you that I've never felt better. I can tell you I am not just doing it as an extremist to prove a point, although I definitely do not agree with animal cruelty now that I've done more research while being a raw vegan.

  • I tried the vegan diet and I noticed it gets very crazy and a lot of vegans put down vegetarians. These days I just avoid eating meat and eggs. With eggs I avoid them only when it comes to eating them for a meal. If a recipe has eggs in it I will still eat it. I just don't like eggs alone so it is personal preference. Dairy is wonderful.

  • i completely agree with this, i'm glad how gently he put it, and it's simply logical.

this is coming from a vegan of 2 years, just listen to what your body tells you!

  • i ate 100% raw fruit and i couldnt do it , i ate raw sprouts too, i got severe cramps and diahrea, i cant digest it raw, even cauliflower. why would you want to eat it raw and you cant digest it, whats the point if it comes out of you after 30 min. I now eat cooked quinoa and fruit, veggie raw. i feel so much better and have more energy.

  • i noticed that you never blink in this video...such great concentration

  • I'm heldy!

  • @MerulaMondlicht try eating a higher fat diet instead of higher protein and definitely keep carbs lower. Fat has the least effect on insulin and should help keep blood sugar stable. Many traditional diets where people were free of disease ate the majority of their calories from fat, including animal fats. Do not be afraid of fat, the right kind of fats are extremely healthy for you. Also, you could have low adrenal function. The adrenals(cortisol) help to stabilize blood sugar in between meals.

  • Beautiful. Thank you always for sharing your cherished Wisdom. 1LOVE

  • Thank you for sharing.

  • Most fools don't know about consciousness the Soul and animals are Gods property and just like you get punished for killing humans, you will have to get the reactions of eating that hamburger. Getting pwned by subtle laws of Gods is good for humans eating like animals.

  • i wanted to ask you, does baking vegetables strip it of all it's nutrient?

  • @spbroy (sorry I know its for yogesh, but I just wanted to help) In some ways yes, it depends what temperature and how long you do it, there would be some nutrition after baking - just not as much. Heat also turns protein carcinogenic at certain temps. I like to eat cocoa nibs for my protein - they have more than chicken per 100grams! They are also great for iron - better than chicken! Also goji are great for veggies lacking iron and nutrition, along with MACA and bee pollen.

  • Acharya Shree, any comments on fraud fellow Nithyananda (Rajashekharan) ?

  • @shivrajvishnu I hope Acharya shree makes a video of fraud Nithyananda.

  • Anyone who follows paramhamsa nithyananda please STOP following him. His truth has been exposed. Just watch his sex scandal video.

  • good message

  • I like to eat things like fish, poultry, couscous, rice, vegetables (to name a few). Don't set up too many rules about eating or anything for that matter. It's better to live from awareness than conditioning. :)

  • Octo-Lavo Vegetarians ftw!

  • what u think plant is not living things .....plant also same like animals they can feel pain more then animals wtf

  • take fruit for an example, a tree grows its fruit for survival of its type, an animal comes along to eat the fruit, animal takes the fruit away/takes the stones/seeds to another place, does a poop and the seeds begin to grow into more trees, vegetables are another story, I really don't know and I feel a bit strange when I eat them I want to know more

  • @namaki2010 i know this old. but how could plants feel pain.....? they have no nervous system.

  • heldy? ROFL...

  • just to let people know if your vegetarian most of the milk you will be getting comes from a cow who in order to produce milk needs to have calves and in most cases those calves sooner or later get turned into food so you are still contributing to the death of animals by drinking milk(and once the cow can no longer produce the milk to most farmers its as good as dead), I'm not saying your right or wrong for doing so I'm just stating a fact, as to me veganism is merely being compassionate

  • @dreamingthelife what about b12? i'm contamplating giving up diary..i know theres supplements but what about before we invented them does that mean we as a species are still condictioned to exploit animals?

  • Thanks 4 sharing.

I believe a raw diet may not be as fanatic as we think.

Because 99.99% of all the living organisms on planet earth consume a 100% pure raw living diet.

Raw food seems to be the rule rather then the exception.

The only species who cook their food are the human beings. (and their pets)

and guess were the broadest spectrum of diseases can be found?

I fully agree that Balance is the key to success in any diet or lifestyle.

  • Gorillas are usually Fruitarians, and also one of the strongest animals on the planet.

  • Yea, I've heard a gorilla's arms is 20 times the strengh of a average Mans!

  • @joyisaware 99.99% of all species don't make fire either, so does that mean we should stop using it? Cooking food has helped humanity greatly.

  • I tried veganism once but I felt not great, vegetarian works perfect for me.

  • @MerulaMondlicht

Hypoglycemia means too little sugar in the blood. Why would that mean that you need to eat protein? In any case if protein is your problem than you can still have plenty of protein from a vegetarian/ vegan diet. For example broccoli is 13% protein, which is plenty.

I am a vegetarian. I don't see this as extremism but merely a healthier diet.

  • don't you miss a nice steak once in a while?

  • This is crucial. A lot of people do raw cuz they think it will make them live longer, but the goal is not to live longer in a corruptible body, but to attain immortal realization. Maybe. That's what i'm told anyway. Who knows?!

    Thanks for the satsang!

  • not to live longer but to live healthier.

  • Thanks for the message:)

  • I admit that I was expecting a lecture on how veganism is the only way a person should eat... I am surprised and pleased with this answer. and it's totally right. Eat to eat. don't eat to make a fanatic statement.

  • Thank you for this! This reassures me that I am on the right path with my healthy eating. You are an inspiration and I really look forward to your videos.
