It's easy to talk a good fight. These guys look preety good. You got to remember they are not in a fight they are training. It's hard to tell how good someone is from their training alone. For example, I look great on the bag but I can't fight for shit.

I throw punches to get a workout since I don't have a punching bag, but It doesn't make me a better fighter. I try to pretend there's another fighter in front of me but I just feel silly and it never helps.
really? c'mon! the guy with the shorter hair of the 2 looks alright. but the other guy looks terrible. both have weight transfer issues. but the lighter skinned guy has TERRIBLE footwork. most of the time his feet come off the ground when throwing punches. no good. looks like little mac from punch out, but without the results
@thenalo Maybe he is progressing and he just started out. When your a beginner, it takes more practice, time, and recovery to be the best. Nobody is perfect.

It's not like they're banging the bag with all out combos. Watch Pacquiao when he's shadowboxing, if you didn't know who he was you'd think all his stuff was off. I think you underestimate how much work it takes for even an amateur to look as good as these guys do. I give them props for what they have, and I would bet they'll improve.
I used to hate shadow boxing, cuz your just hitting air...
