The problem starts when his tracks are pointed downhill. He is also out a long ways away from the center point of the machine with his bucket further limiting the lifting capabilities. Third when lowering or picking a load below a machines base height you dramatically decrees its stability. Already on a loosing battle with gravity and maxed out on the hydraulics when the load shifts it pulls everything down with it. Dumb Ass is lucky to be alive.

Why at 0.53 does the footage stop then comes back on?

Why does it get pulled in if once it released the weight it would stop and notice the bucket from 0.52 till 0.54 is lower then when its has the weight pulling full then the tracks moving as it tips so the boom was being lifted and walked forward as it goes over??

@TheDandare123 It's clearly nothing to do with hydraulics. The boom didn't fail, the excavator tipped over. I don't think there's much denying that. The gap in the editing is probably just to cut out a lengthy bit of samey footage, just like at 0.43. Check out the shadows and the dust, this happened.
