If you were stopped by police, and they suspected you had been taking drugs, then they'd take you down to the station where you would be tested. If you hadn't been taking drugs you'd be OK and could go home.

I may have been around 15 when I first saw this but I found it creepy! Mainly cos only anime characters should have big eyes.
