Nothing wrong with the cop pulling it off the road because (at the time) he thought it was a "car" and if it is a "car" it IS unsafe as a car. But when finally ruled that it was no longer a car the cop was reportedly still "ticked off" because he still claims its unsafe. This is where the cop is wrong. The courts have spoken. You did your job. Let it go.
