Umm... They can tell when you put the ship for autodestruct, it broadcasts it when you start the countdown. After you logged, they had 120 seconds to do horrible things to your Myrm before they probably destroyed it. Hopefully your pod emergency warped before they got that too, but really, I don't care.

Because these pirates arent stupid, they had me completely cap drained and permanently jammed, i coulda popped one of their little interceptors otherwise, besides, what i did prevented them from claiming my pod, and/or ransoming me for it, saving myself 25mil isk in implants and another 5mil isk clone... and the 40mil ransom they would have asked for... so no, you are wrong...
