mines havent ever gotten infected n im on a 2g right now. it wont be stuck, if it hurts when it's in place, thats normal. just leave it there for maybe 2 weeks, it should feel better and you will be able to move it.

but if you want it to heal completely, wait one month. or more (:

when you are putting on the paint or nail polish, make sure its evenly applied, if you dont it'll leave bumps and clumps of nail polish, and it hurts when you stretch your ears

@ThatKiddJess it stays in place without the rubber bands. the reason is cause the ones you buy at the store, the taper has barely enough space to stretch your ear so you need the rubber bands to hold them in place. the toothpick might move around but it wont fall off, cause it has to move all the way to then end to be able to fall off OR move all the way to the front lol.

@punkohtj103 yes i have use them before, i'm at a 2g right now.

if you have a regular piercing, maybe try to make the toothpick thinner by shaving it with a sharp pair of scissors, because the piercing might be too small.

if it hurts, i would advise you to not force it through, unless you would want to risk a chance of a blow out. theres a 50/50 chance, i didn't get a blow out though.
