Ok the bag cooking is all right but why did you right use one cup when you boil more then that plus you put pot back on stove burning up fuel. Looks to me a wast of fuel and water when a alcohol stove would be better when stove goes out water is hot
Trailhead likes to drink a ton of tea when we have lunch. Hence, she boils 3-4 cups of water. Heck she brewed a pot o' tea - you all just didn't see it :-P
As for the stove...hey I don't tell my guest what to use. She likes her Whisperlite. You wouldn't see me using one...but hey, who am I to tell someone otherwise ;-) Very much a HYOK kind of thingie.
she has a nice little setup.
