  • Sera cierto? ...ojala y sea de ayuda a las personas discapacitadas,...saben? me hizo recordar a AVATAR.....Jack Sully, el soldado discapacitado...

  • This video is more like the facebook profile of the inventor than robotic demonstration. For videos of exoskeletons actually DOING something, look for "Berkeley Bionics exoskeleton" or "Raytheon Sarcos exoskeleton" instead. Or, if you want to know just how much an old professor loves robots, then keep watching.

  • When those lights go red you know shits about to get real.

  • dear every asain reading this .... thank you for making the us cool shit

  • Fucking trolls

  • Noo Sara Conner said they bad no

  • no workload on humans? hehe we will all be skinny as unhealthy as hell ;P

  • Only 40kg of rice? They don't have fitness in Tsukuba university?

    I don't need suit for 80kg rice...

  • I have one of these. Its amazing.

  • This suit can be used to cure obesity. The kind of obesity that handicaps people, and keeps them inactive.

  • its the suit of tron legacy

  • Let's make the joints glow neon blue so they're easier to target. Good thinking Mr Sankai.

  • Cyberdine?

    WTF?

    You serious, brah?

  • 2:14

that pizza is actually a robot

  • i don't want to go into battle with a suit thats white. now thats a bad idea right there.

  • This is where it all began. You will see TERMINATOR arrive in 2012.

  • and for some reason it decided to do leg split 9000 times

  • lol its muted but it has english subtitles any way

  • strap a jetpack, missles and some armour on it and you got an Ironman

  • imagine free running with this!.

  • Reminds me of a game i used to play on my Sega Megadrive called ESWAT.

  • america's looks nicer

  • is mute stuck for anyone else?

  • looks like a feminized stormtrooper

    without the helmet ofcourse..

  • Now all we need is

-A super high output portable battery

-Make those limbs 20 times stronger

-Full body armor version made of adamantium

    -Hand and feet repulsors

    -Built-in AI

    -Weapons system

    -The "Ex-wife"

Anyone know where I'm going with this?

  • And so starts the brotherhood of steel...

  • this guys hasnt been laid in years.... but now with this robot.. he will be the man!!!

  • did anyone else see the name DR. ROBOTNIC???

  • HAL the human ipod

  • A robotic unit named HAL, made by a company called Cyberdine....

"Ahm afraade ah can't let you doo that, Jahn Kannah!"

  • This one looks not so cool, but it does works on patients.

Israeli Exoskeleton Suit Enables Paralayzed People To Walk

  • Yeah a HAL system designed by Cyberdyne Systems...(even though it's not) great...just what the world needs...Terminators and AI's with god complexes...>_<

  • Dear God, the Japanese are good at subliminal messaging...

    Don't you see it?

3:07 says "This program is brought to you by Asahi Beer and Mazda", thereby inducing the thought of drink-driving in the back of your mind, and eventually when you do, they'll come along to sell you this exoskeleton so your paralysed self can move once more.

    Genius!

  • everything cool is made in japan

and almost everything sucks is made in china

  • @iApolloful

what do you think the patients want? cool suit? --- Life is real, not cartoon...

If you don't like "made in China", I suggest you to stop using them. --- Life will be more bright...

    Good luck!

  • Looks like it was made by Aperture science.

  • cool! now make us a gundam :D

  • Slap A few flamethrowers and some body armour on it and your the next ironman

  • it look like Spartan from halo reach

  • Dr Yoshi the public will never buy it unless you add cool pointless LEDs to it!

  • He never asked for this.

  • We make a robot supsersuit and name it HAL? This won't end well.

  • @skullythebloger To make things worse, it's made by a company called Cyberdine. We're screwed.

  • @skullythebloger Not to mention the company that sponsors this is called Cyberdyne...

  • @skullythebloger

    i dont understand y?

Theres is nothing wrong with the name hal

  • Very interesting stuff, but how much power does a suit like this require? How long before the power source needs changing/recharging?

  • @MrDbenbow My guess is that it works for very little time, given that our best tech on batteries does not allow even for much lighter apparels like mobile computers to draw power longer than, say, three hours in performance mode. What's more, even the best chemical batteries still weigh a real lot, which adds up to the suit frame itself.

  • Why do they always use young abled people in these contraptions and not older 'frail' people where this is designed for? Or show how this can be used with a regular worker on the job.

  • @SolarizeYourLife Because 1 men's minds are vanity, 2 this is a concept design that didn't do very well when offered to mass produce and 3 globalists want old people dead not innovative ideas to help them. But I see your point and thank you for posting it.

  • @SolarizeYourLife Lol, they must be coming back to the blueprints more than they'd like to...

  • when will we, the us have something this helpful? one step away from master chief...

  • Comment removed

  • but he cant jump.

  • I want one.

I could us it in rescue work.

  • TONY STARK BUILT THIS IN A CAVE

    WITH A BUNCH OF SCRAPS

  • Aww hell, cyberdyne is the company from terminator...YOU WERE RIGHT AHNOLD!!!!!!! FFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUU

  • Finally! A suit that can make asians hold more rice!!!

  • stuff they can take over the entire world with and the general population will be iunable to stop them so cool right? Yeah bet you didn't stop to think about that!

  • Who the heck names a robot HAL after Space Odyssey??

  • Look at those shaved legs @ 4:31 ....oh wait, that's just a japanese man.

  • I think if it make become a war about 50 years Japan gonna win the war with all the teqnology japan have in the future

  • the suit is to builk for its purpuse i can imagine somethingwith more strieghth and mutch more slimer, this technolagey should be going to armer for war

  • So Japan is screwing with us again by naming the company Cyberdyne...that's cool...run!

  • Well......I guess that's that.

  • CYBERDINE IS REAL?

  • Sound disabled by WMG, Boo wmg, boo.

  • But, will it blend?

  • Apparently this is in testing until 2014-2015 =D

  • stop posing for the cameras and do some shit

  • stop and paused that one...we r in 2011 and this is taken 2007? Where is it now the cyborg armor? Oh wait the U.S.A developing half the year of that making super soldier almost like that...another iron man suit that might come to failure.

  • @TheBastered

Where is it? It is currently available in Japanese nursing-homes rented to the elderly. Google the website yourself.

HAL isn't a weapon, it is meant to help the old and sickly walk. There are more recent videos if you just look around.

  • @VallenChaosValiant I know, but HAL is going used weapon later on future, no matter how much soldiers weak legs r, they r going use this make soldiers fight again, even thou u cure 100 ppl, another 5,000 will take it place in injury. If u think of war yes they do that, of course u will see lots dead ppl. cyborg, bio, nano, and so on stuff that could help human back up, they also can be used against everyone still. The idea for cure can be used as weapon which I am saying.

  • @VallenChaosValiant , ur not following the exact spot I am saying about. As hal is invented, Bio, nano or cyborg is going take place thx to hal's idea of medic support. Which it bring many science ppl to grabbed the basic from hal and transformed it into a living weapon for others.

  • @TheBastered the sad thing is, you are probably right (about the war stuff, at least) as governments think along the lines of 'oh, that's a nice X you have there, make it a weapon'

  • @greatorder thx agree, we all better pray that psychopathic cyborg soldier doesn't come out and start killing half the U.S country.

  • @TheBastered well, I hope people don't make viruses for cyborgs.

    robocop has got a virus!

'free porn! free viagra! free lube!'

    'the hell?'

'free porn! free viagra! free lube!'

  • i want to know how it works as in the design. Wouldnt be hard to make

  • @TomatoKetchup5724

So are you saying that it wouldn't be hard to reverse engineer a powered human exoskeleton that responds directly to human muscle? Yeah. Peice o' cake right?

  • @doodieisfun no im saying it wouldnt be hard to copy what someone has already done.

  • HAL! Metal Gear Solid.

  • looks like aperture science

  • Cyberdine?.....o_O terminator?

  • omg its like dr.octopussies suit from spiderman 2 except this one turns you into fucking master chef

  • que se vayan a la mierda los de WMG.

  • I'd love to see what would a tazer do on this machine!

  • 20 years away from the armor system mjolnir

  • Mjölnir = Pulverizer/Crusher. Such a fitting name.

  • Let people with good intensions use this suit. Don't give it to people who promote violence. Fuck war.

  • That's fucking gay

  • Comment removed

  • I saw Ken Kutaragi

  • how could u use this in the army? wtf good isit gonna do? help u lift your gun better? idiots. "put kevlar on it" df you chattin about

  • @AGreenShow

You're an idiot. Think about what this suit could allow you to do. Guns are really freaking heavy. Having this would allow a soldier to focus on aiming straight, rather than the drift of the weapon. Not only that, but Graff is right as well. Adding some armor to this thing would make any soldier tough enough to catch an IED.

  • @sparta981 You're the idiot, this allows you to lift more, not give you stability control you dumb-ass. It's a "LIFTING AID". Research it you jackcrack, lifting a gun with this on will do absolutly nothing becuase there is no weight to it, therefore the "ASSISTIVE" Limb wouldn't react because you're perfectly capable of holding a weapon withoout "ASSISTED AID".

Too many people think they know it all, fuck man, go back to your rock and don't come back.

  • @AGreenShow

You're the one here with no idea of what they're talking about. To allow a person to lift more weight, the HAL has motors. These motors could be used to support the weight of the rifle and thus reduce wobble. I don't know who gave you this idea that guns are weightless, because that is just completely wrong. Also, I have several other comments on your comment. Here they are in no particular order:

Using caps-lock doesn't make you smarter

Your grammar and spelling are horrid

  • @sparta981 LoL - my spelling? what 1 word done wrong and as for the grammar, thats perfectly fine too, so I think you're the one who needs to go check your spelling if mines "horrid"...

so before going me "i'm an illiterate pro" suck dick and go wank a baby, literacy on the net dosen't give a shit you fucking faggot, like I said, get the fuck back to your rock, and this time, die ;) we don't need conrads like you on this planet.

  • @AGreenShow

You just proved my point far more than I ever could have. Nothing in your last post indicates a level of comprehension above that of the average toddler. We don't need pricks like yourself in this dimension, much less on this planet.

  • @sparta981 hoes on my dick cuz i look like jesus

  • @sparta981

You're wrong on everything there. Drift isn't caused by a rifle's weight, its caused by natural muscle contractions in the human body. That's why breathing and positioning of the stock are so important. They teach you to jam the stock into your shoulder joint because bone doesn't move, and breathe slowly to reduce muscle tension/fatigue. A true assistance system would account for every single tremor in your arm, torso, fingers and compensate. This isn't going to happen soon

  • @Herkane You misunderstand me... My thought was that drift could be reduced by the suit itself rigidly supporting the rifle, removing the muscle movements from the issue.

  • looks like this suit is old. its sence 2005, i wonder how it looks now?

  • is this suit can be used for Military in wars or just for limited motions, and weak people? i doupt i can run with this or else, it will broke :)

  • Give him a kevlar vest, a BDU and we got ourselves a beast.

  • DUDE, THIS VIDEO NEEDS SOUND, GO TO HELL WMG!

  • Erm... and why does one need to carry a fully-loaded suitcase on his back anyway? lol

  • What would happen if your brain started to malfunction and was telling your leg to go crazy?! Then you would be outta control. They could then make a film about you. Lol

  • @katyktk8y it isn't connected to the brain.

  • i want one even know i dont have any thing wrong with me i still want one cuz it would be awesome to do work in.

  • cyberdine? uhh its the start of the machines everybody build your self a power suit!:)

  • @FreeLanceMerc Modern warfare is a lot about carrying stuff around, though. Stuff like this should be great where it's difficult to make a proper road.

  • fuck youtube - wheres the sound. Not authorzide by WMG - then remove the FUCKIING VIDEO!!!!!!!

  • HAL from Cyberdine?...

  • MY NAME IS HAL NO JOKE!!!!!!!!!!

  • looks like it came straight out of portal.

  • HAL? Ummm... Just kill it now. Or it will kill us. Use fire. Then make another one and name it Alpha... yeaaahhhh... much better example of the kind of robot you should make... Alpha... (from power rangers)

  • Can you jump high?

  • @ShockWaveDS13 Go back to playing video games, kid. Nobody wants you here.

  • This guy look like a pedophile.

  • CUANDO LE SUBEN EL PESO UD NO SE PONEN A PENSAR QEU EL PESO LO ETA RECIBIENDO LA CARNE Y LOS HUESOS DEL BRAZO POR COMO LO TIENE CARGADO HACIENDO ESTO ALGO QUE NO ES LOGICO LE ESTA APLASTANDO LOS BRAZOS ???TE PUEDE SOPORTAR 100 LIBRAS PERO LOS BRAZOS COMO QUEDAN DEBAJO DE ESOS BULTOS?

  • today, it is used to lift heavy objects. Tomarrow, it goes back inn time and tries to kill sarah connor

  • YOU FOOLS!!! What kind of an idiot names a robot HAL? we've been there before.

  • @Algydyce so fuckin true

  • and so it begins. they are mass producing these things, you can rent them if you go to japan.

  • IF it is possible to get readings from our nerves with all that flesh (which slowly becomes nothing but a useless weight) in the way then why doesn't he try to get readings directly from nerves? (also he could use some extra space to increase capabilities of this exoskeleton)

  • for some reason i thought this had to do with kirby........

  • the beggining of the end uh?

  • tak , to jest przyszlosc !

  • Gee, a suit named "HAL" from a company named "Cyberdine." Soon they'll be calling the wearers "Jedi" and the company jingle will be "Ironman" and the'll market a modymesh and call it the "zero suit." Lame lame laaaaaaaame.

  • allah is the best creator not humain

  • @dakosee dam terrorist

  • @dakosee what is an humain?

  • Now all they need to do is cover that bitch in armor, throw in some gatling guns, a few missile launchers and there ya have. Sick.

  • Can this one help paraplegics walk? Am not sure which one's better, this one or the berkley exoskeleton.

  • wasnt cyberdine the name of the company from terminator?just a thought...

  • I WANT AUDIO COPYRIGHT TO DIE

  • These new technologies are not to be feared fellow humans.

Do not alter your normal human behaviour in any way.

On an unrelated topic has anyone seen John Connor?

  • @AColonDashSix

He's busy removing the shiny plastic covers to make this look less gay.

We won't see him anytime soon.

  • judgement day is coming!!!!!!

    Somebody find arnold Schwarzenegger

We must form a resistance before they get to smart.

  • OMG WE COULD MAKE THINGS LIKE THE NANOSUIT WITH THIS STUFF JUST BY UPGRADING THIS AND GIVING IT ARMOR, JUST GIVE IT 10-15 YEARS!!!!

  • Anyone else notice this company is building 'cyborg suits' and is called cyberdine? Holy shit, someone go hide John Connor!

  • Ghost in the Shell is coming true! Kusanagi!

  • oh god not hal! (2001 movie referance)

  • LEDs are a waist of energy, and for a transportable robot like that, you would need all the energy you can use

  • youtube is becoming a piece of shit since google bought it

  • @deltarazvan

You are becoming a piece of shit since commenting.

  • @deltarazvan You mean 5 years ago?

  • @deltarazvan Well, ever since the shitty piece of US law called DMCA we can't even enjoy ANYTHING here that has some music at all. Wish music studios will soon drown in their own vomit...

  • @Carcinogenic2 You're trying to argue that you should be allowed to use other people's stuff without their permission. The world doesn't work that way.

But that's okay, keep bitching about how "the man" is keeping you down with his "evil laws". I bet that scores you cool points with your trendy rebel buddies.

  • @Onsube What are you then? A music label grunt to try and get people down with such argument? By the way, the only bitches must be your buddies, be them at a law firm or a music/movie label, whatever. I don't give a shit for that, if I like someone's material and that person feels ok to share it if I ask, I go and DO IT. PERIOD. What you're trying to do here is justify a petty civil rights theft.

  • @Carcinogenic2 I'm just pointing out how retarded your argument (if you can even call it that, it's really more like a temper tantrum) is.

I mean, I'm really sorry and all that you can't upload your favorite My Chemical Romance or Hannah Montana album to Youtube, but you need the permission of the people who own the music to do that first. Otherwise, it's illegal. That's the law, and if you want to change the law, I suggest contacting your local politician. There's nothing you can do otherwise.

  • @Onsube Well, if you like such material, you've hit jackpot, pal. Now, to clarify my initial argument: YOUR politicians keep bitching about how they can't control people, once and for all, for the sake of pleasing media companies (among others) with an eternally growing stream of cash. If you like DMCA, if you feel comfortable with it, go ahead - nobody's gonna pull you back from it. BUT your laws DON'T GET TO FIT NOR YOUR POLITICIANS GET TO MAKE DEMANDS OF THE REST OF THE WORLD.

  • @Onsube What's more, any video posted here using some music as background shows me that such person at least LIKES that music style. Hell, it's even FREE ADVERTISING of the artist, for everyone (with internet access) to see. So I think that music labels are just attacking their own customers, over and over, countering every new tech that changes our way to do things. And here you are attacking me over the fucking legality of it, something the labels BOUGHT FROM YOUR CONGRESSMEN.
