What's more, even the best chemical batteries still weigh a real lot, which adds up to the suit frame itself.

These motors could be used to support the weight of the rifle and thus reduce wobble. I don't know who gave you this idea that guns are weightless, because that is just completely wrong. You're wrong on everything there. Drift isn't caused by a rifle's weight, its caused by natural muscle contractions in the human body. That's why breathing and positioning of the stock are so important. They teach you to jam the stock into your shoulder joint because bone doesn't move, and breathe slowly to reduce muscle tension/fatigue. A true assistance system would account for every single tremor in your arm, torso, fingers and compensate. This isn't going to happen soon
