@GinasMindBody - rockfish is a light fish so you want your sides to have flavor. For example serve with stir fried veggies or roasted vegetables instead of steamed veggies. If you like to have a starch use wild rice or flavored rice instead of plain rice. By using these flavors, you can avoid the dressing altogether.
I don't like fish, but I would like to try more fish. They don't have fresh fish in the deli where we shop. Can you do this with frozen fish and how long does it need to thaw before you can cook it?
@MrsAshleyWhitt - you can do this with frozen as well. Thawing from the freezer at room temperature should take about 3-4 hours for a 1 inch thick piece of fish. If you need it faster, I suggest you place the fish in water, but don't take it out of the packet. Use room temperature water and every 5 minutes move the fish around and replace the water until it gives - about 20 minutes for a 1 inch thick piece. Thawing multiple pieces takes longer - I typically multi-task by talking to friends.
homie you keep saying 'you can see' but we can't see, try to keep the camera on the pan so we can

What side dishes or low cal dressings do you recommend for rockfish?
