The only thing I didn't like about the 5th generation was that Makoto and Konno were always overshadowed by Ai and Risa. I mean, I know that they've had their moments to shine in the years that they were in Momusu, but it just seems like they never got the same attention that Ai-chan and Gaki did/does.

@marshiesan2 actully gaki also didn't get much attention ai did get a lot!! not that i despise it or anyhting cause i like ai-chan but yeah in morning musume you have those who het everything and the rest get less

@melodysweetmusic177 Ai-chan got the most promotion out of the entire 5th generation, but Gaki actually did get more attention than KonKon and Makoto ever did, though. When they first debuted, it was pretty leveled out but as the years went by, Tsunku started pushing Ai-chan closer and closer to the front with Gaki close behind while KonKon and Makoto were eventually overshadowed by the 6th and 7th generation members. /:

but i'm worried for now cause gaki is also being pushed back definitly with those new members! and sayumi is not getting the front too, so i'm a little worried for gaki since she's my fav member ;)

@xLoliP0p Yes sayumi also gets attention? though she is one of the weaker singers but yeah they just push those to the front and the ones with real talent and potential are overshadowed by those who don't have so much talents or can't sing so well i find that unfair but its just like yossie, eri and so? great singers, but others get more attention...

they all improved so much! definitly konkon and ai and gaki's true talents are now showing, i laughed when i saw gaki having pigtails in the 2009 version it was so nostalgic "cries of happiness"

@animelover123100 not really, they just graduated before the other two members. technically speaking, takahashi ai (the girl with the big pink bow) is a "sempai" because shes the oldest. but they all joined momusu at the same time so their equals in that sense
