  • Freaking awesome. Gotta love it. Howdy from Temple btw. Love the videos.

  • the world has lost a true artist , and i can tell you as an airbrush artist of 20+ years, this is an art that has been around longer than airbrush and is 10 times harder to master, as this master of the art just proved, you just have to try it yourself to see what is up... my respects to the late james crawford ..a true master at his craft

  • Awesome work!

  • that is so sweet and i was wondering were the best place to get brushes and paints?

  • First of all I am sorry for your loss. James does some BEAUTIFUL work. I was wondering what that brush is that he is using first with the long thin handle. And I am a decent airbrush artist (not pro) and I've just bought my first pinstripe brush. Pinstriping is at least as challenging as airbrushing for me. that could just be because of my previous art background. Any way, mad props and God Bless.

  • @joshysquishysquashy I think its an X-Calaber brand, or a Sword Brand.. Not really sure, but those are the most popular pinstripe brushs.. Thanks PEte

  • @joshysquishysquashy I believe it is a strolling brush, long and thin. The difference in shape allows it to make nice round line as x-caliber and other regular striping brushes are short handled.

  • air brushing isnt harder but this is, try making a line or a curve with one of these brushs takes a LOT of practice to mastr this art. if learn to do this you will make a lot of new friends

  • That's some fine work. Sorry to hear of his passing. A true old school artist and there is getting to be fewer and fewer of them. RIP

  • less talk, more art! james was a true artist and a heck of a nice guy!

  • There's nothing like old school pinstriping... the design always catches people's attention and never goes out of style.

  • very nice!

but how the hell does that old bugga still not need glasses to do that work?

    pfft!

  • James Crawford--The Old BUGGA-had just passed away last Thrusday morning, God Rest His Soul......

  • aww really?

im sorry to hear that....how did he pass?

i was only admiring his skill and wondering how he could letter that small without glasses (at his age) as im way younger than him and now in the process of getting reading glasses to wear when i paint my signs.

best wishes to his family and all those who knew him

  • @swrnc

James Crawford has striped everything for me and will be missed.... 3 DOTS...

  • @swrnc sorry about your loss, i hope you still have the tank and fenders.

  • i love how he talkes shit about airbrushing when its about 10 timess harder and u can do alot more with it

  • That isn't the point I was trying to get across,,, The point I was making is that Pinstriping is more suttle and elegant to watch being done, and to look at when the job is finished... Ofcoarse airbrushing is 10 times harder, and yes you can do alot more with it. BUT--alot of airbrushing that you see is GAUDY and Suffacating to look at. It's over painted.... Thats what I was trying to say. Thanks Pete

  • Nice work I want some pinstriping in my car how much do u charge

  • Great, I listen to your crap music. your annoying mouth, and the part I wanted to see, you speed up the video.

  • Don't bitch at me... email youtube and tell them... Atleast I showed you somthing!!!!

  • jesus, that guy in the back is retarded. i am a pinstripe and airbrush artist. i enjoy pinstriping more than airbrushing but how can you not appreciate a good airbrush job. its a whole different medium. he talks about how airbrushing is gotti but then wants to know about doing a rainbow pinstripe. if that was me striping i would tell him to shut the fuck up and let me paint.

  • Great work man but jeeez the guy in the back likes to talk eh

  • I have always been in AWE at folks who can do this freehand work.

  • work looks AMAZING...might have to drop by next time im in the dfw area

  • Dont know what was more annoying...THE MUSIC,THE 1954 TELEPHONE RINGING or THE DOUCHEBAG TALKING NON-STOP.

& to CRAWFORD bad ass skills with that script brush. Checkout my video of my friend EDDIE "E.T." TORRES doing some scroll work with a MACK 000 brush...Even did the lettering with the MACK 000

  • this man is a true artist. fantastic work

  • yeah sure pete, let me put my slow-mo on and see if i can learn what the pinstriper james is teaching us. funny very funny.

  • 8:09 FREE PINSTRIPE LESSON

Don't Miss This If you want to Learn Pinstriping........ AAAANNNNDDD DON"T BLINK AN EYE EITHER!! Pete
