  • lmsooo randy ur soo cute ^^ since he looks so defenseless there ima go over there and give him the biggest smooch everrrrr hehe

  • Randy's facial play it's absolutely incredible...he has every facial tic an old and scarred man would have ...his face said everything..I watched the video with and without the sound and I was overwhelmed by the same sadness and frustration his character was feelingHe is so expressive that the sound isn't even necessary. Just ...just out of this world.

  • who is Randy Harrison "?

  • @Roadracer987654321 What are doing in this page if you dont know Randy harrison

  • @Roadracer987654321 "Who is Randy Harrison?" He is fast becoming one of the most talented and versatile stage actors of his generation. He came to fame as Justin in Queer As Folk on Showtime, but his stage work has propelled him far beyond that role. He has done Shakespeare, Marlowe, Williams, Shaw and Beckett in an amazing variety of diverse roles.

  • Randy Harrison is my favorite actor for sure!!!! Such a talent!

  • Fuck me! I didnt even recognize Randy with all that white make-up.He's such a talented and gifting actor. It would be great if this production toured to Europe eg London. Thanks for the clip.

  • poor Randy does he ever get out of the ton during the piece :-)

  • @reiselust161

Only for the curtain call. He and Tanya take their bows standing up in the trash cans and then climb out to leave the stage

  • @reiselust161 this is tough, happy for you that you could see the play!

  • @reiselust161

Haven't seen it yet. I'm going to the last matinee. I knew about the curtain call from a friend who went already

  • What a performance!

  • Randy you are brilliant!

thanks for giving us opportunity to see a part of the play and enjoy Randy's performance ^^

  • Both Randy and Tanya are wonderful in this clip, I only wish we could see more scenes with them. I hope they both have long and successful careers.

  • You truly can tell they're "struggling" for reaching each other. The gestures are sooo believable, and so is the voice.

I've seen "Endgame" before, and they're totally IN character.

Keep up the good work, Randy!

  • Wow, Randy is such a big talent. I admire him. He is great and he is excellent in the role of the old man. Perfect.

  • Randy just continues to blow me away!! What an amazing talent he is!!

  • Randy is so believable as an old man; superb portrayal of Nagg and so much talent. He certainly deserves all the glowing reviews i've been reading...

"Randy Harrison is clearly on his way to becoming the foremost interpreter of Beckett of his generation" Larry Murray Berkshire on Stage

I'm bummed to miss his performance but I'll definitely be there next year if he's back at BTF (hopefully, another Beckett play). Thanks for the clip.

  • Comment by theatre critic Gail Burns:"... the fact that he returns to the BTF summer after summer to assume minor roles proves his dedication to the work rather than the limelight. Here he is fascinating to watch, creating a full characterization with his face and hands, acting and reacting both to what is going on onstage and what is running through Nagg’s mind. Playing with a constant tremor of extreme old age, he is never still. "

  • he did wonders with that small role

  • thanks for posting :-)

  • I'm convinced now that there is nothing he cannot play

  • Randy is amazing :)
