I do the same thing; call them out...to keep those people at home or educate them in the philosophy of liberty. Tea parties have been the only real American movement in a long time, so it is important to clarify principles and stand up for them universally to keep the momentum and focus on the correct path/messg.
So sad that those tea party people act like Freedom is a Republican thing. They just don't get that Republicans and Democrats alike aren't about Freedom, they're about glorifying the State.

Podiums, megaphones,amplifiers, have to be cleared with a permit. Public areas can be reserved. All you have to do is go to the city hall and request and pay. This is a legit arrest.
