  • A man who truley does have his finger on the pulse of the US economy. I hope he has new analysis in the months ahead coming out.

  • A lot of empty commercial real estate piling up where I am. A lot of the buildings are office space and beginning to look like hell.

  • Howard was just firing up at the end.

  • sux doesnt it

  • whole fuken country is under water gringos, learned how to swim???

  • Basically, the worst is yet to come

  • Jewerly stores are booming because people want a form of gold that can;t be confiscated

  • If the product is compelling enough, retail operations can thrive, even when they are very remotely located. Lesser businesses, and non-food retail businesses will never last long in any economy unless they are hot stuff.

Don't forget about all the calculated pre-tax losses that also drive the speculative markets down. Commercial real estate that is taxibly more profitable when it sits unoccupied. Rents remain at strangulation levels.

Amazon is big. America is waking up to big sucks.

  • @950horsepower Retail locations will have to figure out a way to provide a service not provided by online sales.

    Difficult to do.

  • @macpduff People drive 50 miles up into the mountains to eat Julian Pies where they are made.

    Try doing that on line...lol

    (Julian, California)

  • @950horsepower That's an excellent example. retailers will have to let go of the market that can be served on line, and focus on service and experience.

  • @macpduff Well, Julian pies are now available on line. I really think that on-line retail sales only made life difficult for retailers who should have been pushed out anyway. I don't blame on-line sales for retail failures, I blame all the big chains. Starbucks ruined the American "greasy-spoon". Not the Internet. It's illegal to advertise drugs to the public in most countries. Greed is never a good motive on line or not. A business' first priority is to be a service to the community.

  • @macpduff. Very true. I hold off buying stuff at bookstores because online you can get it cheaper.

  • DUH! - The System will say its great until if falls in ashes

  • ZOO ANIMALS DONT REPRODUCE UNDER STRESS AND POOR CONDITIONS !

wht people in Canada have a 1.6 re-population rate.

I thinks its the same in the usa.

Theres 1,000,000,00 NEW Asian immigrants now sharing up my parking space in Vancouver B.C.

how many CANADIAN Goverment Agents and Immigration officers have accepted PERKS AND BRIBES ?

  • How apropos a word. SHMUCKS! Khazar shmucks to be more precise.

  • @umhalil You've got a witness here! Yessa. I guess I'm not the only one who isn't too fluoridated to see the obvious.

  • Textbook Khazar smoke and mirrors. These SOBs are laughing their asses off all the way to their off-shore banks. I love my country, but I SWEAR we have GOT to be the DUMBEST nation on the entire friggin PLANET. Ya'll just keep shoppin at the most treasonous companies ever, and expect anything but slavery? Dumbasses. TWO TRILLION? Guess what on? Guess who owns our asses? Just ask Billary Clinton and ol'Timmy boy. But there is MUCH, MUCH bigger things in store for us. Watch and see. PEACE.

  • oops. sorry, now it works.. my error :-) Thanks and good end of year to you !
