hmm inot sure what camera you are using but some dslr with recording abilities have single mode or single auto focus (S-AF) (like you have on now) and "continuous" mode or continuous auto focus (C-AF)...usually continuous C-AF adjust and automatically focus when the subject is out of focus...this is extremely useful when you film yourself :D if your camera has C-AF, you can move all you want and it will focus itself, no need for adjustment!
