I don't see why you use stainless steel plates and purified water if you are gonna submerge the alligator clips? there you have copper( from wire ) nickle (from plating on clip ) and lead tin and perhaps antimony from the solder (perhaps it is ust crimped but maby not ) and any plastic residue on the clip covers. Doesn't that kinda negate any proper cleaning and extra effort used in order to make sure your reagents are pure? you could be losing your carefully tuned resonance on galvonic rxn's
Thanks for the video. Are you using distilled water + NAOH or baking soda? How it is possible to consume less than DC current for same HHO production amounts ? Did you measure the HHO output for this setup?
