I suppose it's a good spiritual growth experience for a woman to realize oneself separate from sexuality.

although I think ultimately life is about growing the soul and what you do to specific physical elements like your hair is less important. shaving the hair is a symbolic act rather than the ultimate fix. it's not about the hair, it's about you.

the chemical side is also admirable but I think that can be made sustainable rather than avoided completely. that should not be reason to cut hair

@winstono75 the question is than always- what is the starting point? is it to make myself feel more than, is it to manipulate others with my look, do i get energy from that? those answers will be a part of definition that is coming from Ego/mind. when the starting point changes i redefin everything according to principles of equality which in this case - saving my hair is to stand as a point of Example to prove that one can change. within that definition - nothing moves inside me (no energy).

@astrononerd let me explain - i shaved it of to stop using Chemicals product. I'm keeping shaving it for world Equality. How world Equality - to stop defining myself according to how i look, to my hair. stop manipulating men with my hair and so more. When people asks me why i shaved my hair, i'm able to communicate with them about Equal Money System and so one. Shaving my hair is a simbul as standing up for world equality

i myself have also shaved my head. selfishly not for environmental reasons. at 1st i wanted a mohawk. to me. it was not a big deal. if i did not like my bald head, i would grow my hair back. i have had many men tell me i look better with hair, but who cares. "better" what's that anyway?

i wash my stubble with natural soaps. no plastic bottles. instead recyclable boxes. just a thought. :)

I think being bald and make-up less really reveals the girl's natural face and that's both bold and vulnerable for a woman to do that.

@MayaHarelHere I can understand why people might think that the current you aren't beautiful, but the honest truth is that your bald, eye glasses, and without make up look that expose pimples and marks are actually very tempting and sensual in a strong way. If i have a gf and wife I would like to see her takes out all the make up and style and just walk plainly out there with me. Occasional make up and nice fashion are nice though.

I think this is really stupid.Know why? because our world isnt defined by our hair. Our hair is just a part of us that makes people look better or worse. I cant get the reason why u shaved your really beautiful hair, thats not the main fear we must face. I'm a guy but with me once my forehead became a fivehead I started shaving it all off. Love being bald (with the exception of the sun. one must be careful). Hair is way overated.

Gillette Custom Plus Pivot disposable razors and Edge Extra Protection Gel shaving cream. Been using it over a decade to shave my head with. Dont like those triple/quad blades etc.
