I'm looking for good water-colour artists who can produce backgrounds, flowers, animals, butterflies, insects and so forth to be animated. This means working with an animator we choose to produce 50 second animations. We pay £200 - £300 per finished animation which may mean splitting the fee if you do not also animate. However, despite a relatively low fee we do have over 30 commissions at present. There is an NDA to sign before commissioning. Please contact oneyeshut@me.com
thanks for the video, but its not what Im trying to do. I want an image off a digital picture. like my house, garden etc, I cant draw but want to move the simple line drawing off it, like from photo shop or something and redraw that onto some thick matte paper and then do the water coloring on it, much like a coloring book. Any ideas. An artist's projector I suppose...
@ellonysman You can also use your digital image from your computer directly by using SimmTrace. see YouTube demo. It's a free download. You need a webcam though but those are cheap. You display your digital photo on the computer screen but point the webcam at your drawing board with the watercolor paper attached. You look at the screen and see your pencil and hand superimposed over the image and just trace it. It is marvelous..and inexpensive. Works for any size.
Id like to know how the easiest way is for tracing from a digital picture, of getting like a fine line drawing, sort of like a coloring book, onto thick matte paper for me to actually watercolor it. I cant draw so I need to somehow duplicate a drawing of it on the paper....does that make sense? Help please and thankyou
You answered my posting about getting a picture from a digital print into a drawing on thick matte for water coloring by brush..I cant draw so I want to copy or trace or something, cheat in otherwords, to get my picture off a digital print onto that matte.
Are you painting with on a vertical surface? All the wash flows downward. Did you stretch the paper before painting? To many people have waiver paper, because they don't soak the paper first and allow to dry flat.
This looks like shitt

What paper was this ? And what incline did you have on it ? I see the water was flowing downwards but it didn't seem like a complete vertical.
Have to start doing some watercolor pieces for school, so I'm looking to get started :)
