I am new to canning. After you fill the jars and put them upside down, you don't have to put them into a pressure cooker or boiling water bath? Is that due to the one-piece lids that are being used or some other reason? If so, do you leave the jars upside down until they seal? Thanks for any tips you can provide -- great video!
