I finally found my bottle of serrapeptase; it expired in 07! And each capsule is only 200 mg; so i'll take 5, which =1 MILLAGRAM! And to make it even more effective, i'll empty each capsule UNDER THE TONGUE, which makes it easier for the body to absorb. (sublingual) If it were just a bit more colder (ARTIC BLAST!) as i type this, i would take it with NIACIN, which will make it even more effective, but also make me red as a beet, & as hot as a red pepper.
I used different substance--lemon juice. High in citric acid, it aggressively dissolves calcium in arteries. If kidney stones are present they also go. It worked fast for me, no discomfort after 17 days of 2 lemons daily juiced in plain water (no sweeteners) on empty stomach. It has bioflavonoids that strengthen vessel walls. If used it should be downed fast and rinse well with plain water 5x or it will start removing tooth enamel. That's how I did it, enamel is intact. Also anti-cancer!!
