I made it myself using a tone generator and voice synthesizer. I got the idea of the tone from the first Resident Evil film when the fire alarm system was activated, that's when that sound was played.
can you send it to me? i'm planning on making a tone card(like a siren driver, but like Federal Signal's SelecTone drivers.) with this tone on it.

It was an old Wheelock alarm with a translucent horizontal strobe
Not much, just use a small screwdriver to turn the potentiometer up to make it high pitched.

how much to you have to adjust the tone control to make the wheelock chime to sound high pitched?

use iMovie capture instead of photobooth and it will be 10x better.
