@wabblum99 Well, I'm just guessing, but I think it's about second chances. Life's vagrants and lowly given a chance at makig up for their wrongs, or wrongs done to them. Basically, salvation for the everyman.

But that's just me guessing. Honestly, you'd have to ask the guy who wrote the song.
