Not really, in that movie (With Van Dam) that vega doesn't look like vega , he is too dark.

Vega is the Caucasian Spaniard type who comes from royalty, not the Gypsy darker type of Spaniard.

Look for "street fighter plus commercial", that is what Vega should look like.

Yeah but the only thing tiers means is that its easier to win with Sagat and harder to win with Dan which is true but i think that if you like or are good with a lower tier character keep it and dont change to higher tiers. Like me i play with Vega and most of the time i win bad ryu/sagat and this makes me laugh all the time. There is other character then Ryu/Ken/Akuma/Sagat in this game and i have to say i was like them before =/

Cause Zangeif moves too slow and doesn't have long range attacks. Dhalsim has really long arms and legs with ability to shoot flames so he could easily defeat Zangief by keeping a distance.
