I have never heared of Cs 1.7. There is CS 1.6, CS Condition Zero, Counter-Strike Source (which is the latest). There are some older versions like Cs 1.5 and so on but i never tryed them Bottom line is that 1.7 doesn't exist. Freeze at 0:33 and u will see the ingame screen saying "You are playing Counter Strike v1.6. Since you get such bad results i have an advice for you, upgrade your CPU and motherboard+ram if necessary cause they are causing a huge bottleneck. Cs depends alot on the CPU.

It's Cs 1.6, look it up, the creator of the game is Valve and they never did a 1.7. You are playing CS 1.6 with source skins,it's not another game just because those who made the custom skins say otherwise.Anyways no need to discuss this further, the issue is the bad result u get with a card that should(if it's not bottlenecked)eat up an old DX 8 game like Cs 1.6. It was an error on your part to spend those money on the card when the rest of ur PC sucks,unless u intend to upgrade
