Native American Indian Halloween Costumes

I consider American Indian or Native a part of America and quite interesting. What about when someone non totally white wears a Ronald Reagan mask or Richard Nixon or Bush or even a Clinton mask. Just want to know if that is racist, not political? Just a question. Now they have Sadham and Gaddafi mask too. Dam it is that racist too or political? This horrible, they make it seem as if you can buy Native American Clothing for cheep, and anyone can wear it. NOT TRUE. For one, we didn't even have princess' we had Cheifs, and the wife of the cheif. Second, headdresses are made of REAL not sinthetic feathers, and most who wear them have to a cheif, or descendent of a chief. This is very disturbing.!
