It was kind if freeky hearing that for hurricane Irene. Every thing was dead quiet when it stoped and every one was like, OK NOW WHAT. Like it was going to hit then and there.
@spotandtiggerbug Yeah, but the 3T22 cannot do Alternating Wail, just Hi/Lo. The other siren that had capability of Alternating Wail tone, would have been the EOWS. Altho, Im sure a DSA could, since they're electronic sirens, as well.
@timeslip325 Well, the 3T22s can do it, but it does dual tone on wind down, which is called Wail Hi Lo... I think. Im sure that all FS electronics can do alternate wail if they make a tone for them
I live in waretown and all we have is an ACA Cyclone as a main warning siren and either a FS model 5 or Fedelcode model 5. (dont know which one it is but its about as big as a smart car)
@Siren1000T1 I will try to get the morning one when they force a mandatory evacuation. I figure any true siren lover like me would love this lol. Planning on waking up 5:45 am sharp to get ready to hear some alternate..WAIL!! or as we say.."Squan Be WAILINNN!" Be ready for more vids!

Actually, Alternate Wail/Hi-Lo Wail came from the Thunderbolt 1003's.... :D And the 3T22s, kinda.

@AngusTheCow95 yes they have modulators..2 of them. One at Main/71 and one at Main / 4th ave. Also there's a wheelen at Ocean/First
