i have the new mazda speed 3, spent over 30,000 in prof. parts and it will run a high 9. the 08 speed 3 max is 157mph and will run a low 13 to a high 12. if u know how to shift. this person cant shift to save his life. if you dont shift before the redline so u have a constant turbo boost i hope you have about 300$ for a new turbo because your shifting like a school girl bitch

I ran a 14.1@102mph with just an intake and MBC at 6000ft altitude. This guys just botched the launch. It happens. I know I have had a few real embarrassing runs. Hell I ran an 18.5 once because I glazed my clutch on the launch and it was slipping all the way down the track. Anyone here who has actually raced their car on a drag strip has had terrible runs at least a few times.

On a Speed3, you have to shift well before redline or you'll run out of working turbo and lose the race (I have a Speed 3 and speak from experience). That takes practice.

Ok what the heck was that???? I know for a fact like everyone here that stock mazdaspeeds can run low 14's, even high 13's check em out on youtube, this guy does it all the time. Plus the speed had racing rims, which are by far lighter than stock. Seriously it gives my car a bad name, now I gotta make a video show my speed pull consistent high 11's maybe we'd get some merit back, dagnabbit, this is saaaddd.
