Angelica is in the second season but it's not the same girl. She died because her constitution weakened to the point where she couldn't go on as she was. So they rewrote her memory and she was basically reborn.

The audio has lost quality through the editing process required to get it online. If you watch a HQ version straight from DVD or Netflix it's clearly "cyborgs".

Gunslinger Girl was a sweet anime, it really stood out amongst so many for me. The whole plot was kind of a sad story though. I found it bloody awsome they actually had them singing ode to joy in German, great detail.

1st of all they´re singing WAY to fast, that makes it less beautiful and I think the voices don´t fit the characters

Sorry but I have to say even the German Voices are better than that =/
