  • @LILCBOY15 - You are obviously someone who does not know anything about strength development, conditioning or bodybuilding. Variations were designed for something called a "plateau" where the body adapts to a specific exercise or movement that it no longer gains any benefit from it, so you have to change it up to cause something called 'muscle confusion' to have any further progression. Look it up and educate yourself.

    Hi i cant seem to hang on a bar to do my leg raises for my abs long enough, my arms burn up way before my abs do , now i could try to hang on a bar every day , but im afraid that would intervene with my arms' recovery from my other day pull ups and other exercises . Any tips maybe?

  • @sidewalkid take a break let your legs rest and don't work out on the same thing everyday. do legs rest a day chest triceps,rest a day then do back and biceps, rest a day end last one shoulder. Rest 2 days do the same thing again and do abs on back day or do it with cardio. If this don't work out get a personal trainer
