@sidewalkid take a break let your legs rest and don't work out on the same thing everyday. do legs rest a day chest triceps,rest a day then do back and biceps, rest a day end last one shoulder. Rest 2 days do the same thing again and do abs on back day or do it with cardio. If this don't work out get a personal trainer
