sold climbs but I don't think 7m x 3 lengths at an average of 7seconds will mean you be able to complete the 22.5m in 30seconds. You will have very challenging courses and then the final one. THATS the problem everyone faces...if you had more recovery you would fair better. Try longer climbs and you will notice a huge drop in speed due to the 22.5m climb in one stint! It is a huge task after the 3 courses. good luck!
I don't mean to degrade anything you've done here as all this shows that you have very strong upper body strength. In response to your claim to be able to clear the last stage's rope clime is a little farfetched. If you can maintain that level of strength in your video after going through stages 1-3 without any help from your legs, I would be very impressed. Of course that's how ninja warrior is designed.
I'm interested to know where you're getting your information. From what I've seen and heard, that's not the new Final Stage at all. The new Final Stage appears to be a 22.5 meter (74 foot) rope climb.
I agree with you (on the climbing technique). Kane Kosugi tried to climb the rope this way in the 8th tournament and it didn't really work out so well for him. The rain sure didn't help, but I still think using your legs for assistance (I've heard of many different techniques, so you might have to experiment to find the best one) would be a huge help.
Actually we have no idea what the new final stage is yet... it hasn't been revealed, trust me, we've all looked very hard to find leaked pictures but to no avail. Nice climbing though! There is a rope on the final stage at some point I'm sure.
I'm 12 and I want to eventually compete in the Sasuke do you have a suggestions or tips?

The new final stage looks like a spider-climb and then three ropes, actually.
Also, I would work on a rope climbing technique. I don't think you'll make it like this.

why dont u use the army technique (is what i call it since i learned it there)
u prob know it: tie a knot with your feet where u can stand on for a while.
then u will be able to make bigger rope "steps" with ur arms
unless u cant use ur legs in ur sport???

@NixSeraph Its a 13 meter Ladder climb and then 10 meters of rope.
Although now as of NW 25 its unknown as the version your training for was beaten in 24.
