there is just one controller there, but it's fulled whit maaaany zombies, and some snorks.. it's not very hard, but i would recomend you to go whit a good weapon.. such as the vintar :D (my personal opinion about the weapon)

zombies and snorks , snorks are really heavily mustaed humans, their nose apparently holds stuff you can use as medicine according to the game. Scientists will buy the snork noses for quite a lot. Dont sell the animal parts to anyone but the scientists you find , they pay high prices for it compared to others , same with artifacts btw.

SPOILER

You need to go to a secret underground lab then make your way back there , you get it then , after talking to sidrovich about the documents you found at the research facility. You then have to go back to the lake yantar research lab and speak to the head scientist guy then he say you need to go test the psi emissions helmet , you then have to follow one of the other scientists so he can take readings. then you get to keep it :)

In call of pripyat you have to shoot just 5-8 bullets to kill one. but you die faster too. So its more realistic now. That was i expected for in COP.

That's pretty bad....you used like 400 rounds!!! and your on a low difficulty setting...I use the rebalanced mod which makes it way harder plus is play on master...I use one round per zombie...snorks Maybe two!!!
