my experience with Dianetics has been totally different. it has been that person you have dealt with! you can't critisize a whole system based on how a few members of that huge organization act! they are not perfect! and i agree you should be given insight but be free to choose whatever!

I'm curious to see if you've ever been excited about something you believe in and did everything you could to get that person to do it because you enjoyed it so much. Like a movie, or a trip to disney, or even to the store. I wonder if you begged a best friend or boyfriend to do something with you and in the end it cost them $11 for a movie, $80 to Disney, or $20 to the store. When a $cientologist says "I understand" it really means they are patronizing you and have absolutely no respect or acknowledgment for what you just said.

They say "I understand" and then just go on with their original intention of trying to hook you into doing what they want regardless if it is in your best interest or not. Usually it's not in your best interest but they have a way of making you believe it is.

The thing is that life is meant to be abundant and if you discover that world beyond level thought and ego through meditation you can feel connected to everything on earth as is, in your natural state while being happy financially, relationally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. It's just whatever you are focusing with emotion that creates your life though the powers of the subconcious. Scientology weakens the conscious mind and feeds the subconscious garabage by hypnotizing people.

Thanks so much for this. I took dianetics for 6 weeks, probably 30 hours.... Since I left the church because they pressured me to do the sea org. Now I am doing meditation and can totally see from the inside looking out that dianetics is complete mind control. They teach great values, but they make you an invert... People should just like being themselves and love others. By eating healthy, and meditating you do can do this. I love everyone out that has been hurt by this.

Well, Scientology CURED my obsessive & compulsive desire for money. Each time I made a cent, Scn took it. They made me borrow, max my credit cards, mortgage my home & sell it. Now I'm just ME. It's all you'll EVER have: YOU. As their new ads say. And it's true. That's ALL I have; nothing else.

Oh, and the TRUTH. The truth is I'm BROKE: Penniless & homeless. Ron defined a spirit or Saetan as a "nothingness." So I'm back to Native State. All I need now is to Drop my Body.

It's a more aggressive form of suggestive selling. A tactic telemarketers use to sell products to customers that lack the ability to say; "Oh shut it." and hang up.

I have watched a number of your video's so I fairly well duplicate your situation.

Which sums to you spoke to a PERSON who's job is to SELL Scientology services. And he has a stat, its Gross Income and Gross Book Sales. And you are totally right, they can be narrow minded on the money and invasive.

I totally get that. But that is not the whole organization and there is a lot to know that can truly assist you in your life.

I do understand your viewpoint, but its not only about money.

You're brave giving your experiences of $cientology- I'm glad that you saw through the manipulation and greed.

True therapy (as in clincally proven and accreditted) enables people to make more choices and become independent. $cientology creates total dependence- it's an addiction rather than a therapy.

Read up on cognitive behavioural therapy- which is about getting perspective free of distortions- then see how $cientology is about creating distortions in thinking.
